The more you meditate, whatever be the mode of meditation and deeper you go into your inner self, you become a better human being. If this is not happening, then something is not okay.

Different modes of philosophies in India, different darshanas have looked at Truth in different ways. But like the Rig Veda said 2000 years ago : ‘Ekam sat vipra bahudha vadanti’- There is only one truth, the wise have called it by different names.
