Karmic theory is not a theory of destiny, it is a theory of cause and effect. Therefore, we should shed all thought that everything is destined and try to move forward.

It’s not as if only negative things come to you from the past. There are also positive aspects in your life which are seeds from the past.

If everything is destined then this jeeva would not have been brought out here to work towards salvation. The whole theory of moksha falls flat.

There is no magic formula to keep one’s mind undistracted. When you are seriously interested in something, there are no distractions.

Develop the understanding that once you have surrendered to the Supreme Being, there is nothing to fear because you are in the hands of the Supreme Teacher. It is not just protection, but is also leading one in the right direction.

Don’t miss the goal, keep that in mind. If you say it is possible, yes, it is possible!

If we can be tranquil while working, then even while working it is a kind of sadhana.

You can live in this world and still seek your spiritual goal.

Whatever you do, wherever you go, deep down in your mind, the first priority should be that before this bodily life ends, we need to find what we are seeking in our spiritual practice. 15 Nov The spiritual teaching of the Gita was preached on a battlefield. If spiritual progress is priority and the work you do is standing in the way, rather than stopping the search, it’s better to tailor your work in such a way that it does not interfere with your journey.

Any work, service or any help you render to fellow human beings is sadhana.

In spiritual life we are trying to discover that we are a spark of the divine and if we are a spark of the divine, this spark must also be in others.
