The most important thing is to keep your priorities in order, and don’t get totally caught up in the work. Do your work in such a way that it contributes to the welfare of others, sarva-bh?ta- hite rat??: welfare of all living beings.

Dharma actually means quality of a person’s mind or life. It reflects one’s qualities rather than the religion or one’s religious orientation.

When we say faith, Shraddha or one pointed attention, it also teaches us humility that we don’t know everything. Till we know, we need to accept things as they are.

If you keep repeating verbally, I am not this body, I am the Supreme Brahman, you will still remain the body. However, there are processes in the ancient texts that describe how to experience this. And that part is called sadhana.
