If we can free ourselves of the distractions through various means, then one day the mind which becomes quiet and tranquil realises that there is an inner being which is purna, complete, full of joy. And all who understand this, see only completeness in others. 17 Oct Samadhi is a state of exalted being where the mind is without fear, where the mind is completely quiet and tranquil with no distractions whatsoever. And that mind understands what Samadhi is all about.
