There is no need to be affiliated to anything – but be free from it. 5 May 2022 Sometimes it is difficult for us to distinguish what is real and what is unreal. For that, we need maximum alertness, which develops as part of our sadhana.

‘Sarva bhuta hite rataha’ : One who has the welfare of all beings in his heart. That is the beginning of sadhana because if you have the welfare of all beings in your heart and the understanding that everyone is a spark of the Divine then, automatically there are no enemies and meditation is direct and straight.

“Chidananda roopam, shivoham shivoham”, it means that Supreme reality, whose spark is inside me, is Supreme auspiciousness. I am of the real form of Shiva, an auspicious all-pervading reality. Shiva is the symbol of all that we can think of on our spiritual journey to perfection. 2 March 2022 After midnight, a new day begins. Shiva finishes his dance of destruction, the Tandava Nritya. This dance of destruction is actually a very auspicious thing. It is not as terrible as it appears. It is actually a renewal, where the old is destroyed and the new takes place. 3 March 2022 The center and core of our consciousness is not exclusive to anybody. Everyone possesses it; it is only that they do not know it yet. The process of finding it is called S?dhan?.

Happiness is found within, and not without, meaning that the search for it has to turn inwards. So S?dhan? is all about the search within; it is a journey from extroversion to introversion. 26 Feb 2022 Shiva is beyond desire, beyond even the impulse of desire. When Shiva opens his third eye, his eyes are closed to the outside world and open to the inner world of love, compassion, goodness and self-sacrifice, breaking up the ego. 27 Feb 2022 When we move towards what is, and not what is to be or what was before, that is called Shivam. Auspiciousness. The centre of everything, from where the whole dance of creation begins and ends. 28 Feb 2022 The auspiciousness that we seek, the Shivam that we seek, is to be sought inward.
